Display Product Options in Shipping Confirmation Emails
Follow the steps below to show the Product Options in the Shipping Confirmation Emails.
Caution
The template generator works best with the default Shopify template. If you have edited the template to some extent, our template generator may not able to properly add the code snippet
1. First, go to our Shopify “Settings -> Notification -> Customer Notifications” section. At the top, you will find the shipping confirmation option.
2. Now Click “Shipping Confirmation,” which opens another window. Click on the “Edit Code” to open the code input fields and copy the entire code.
3. Once you copied the template, visit this website – https://zeptoapps.github.io/.
4. Now paste the code in the “Input” field & Choose “Shipping Confirmation” from the right-side dropdown menu and Click on the “Generate Template” button.
5. If the correct template was pasted and selected from the dropdown, you will see a success message.
6. After that, copy the generated code, use that as your “Shipping Confirmation” template, and click on “Save.”
Congratulations! Your customers should now get the customization details in their order confirmation email!
