Manage Inventory/SKU by linking them with options

Our app includes a Link Variant feature, allowing you to connect the inventory and SKU of multiple products into a single product. This helps streamline product management by linking variants together.
From the customizer page, you can apply the Link Variant feature to the following elements:

  • Button
  • Drop-down
  • Image Choices
  • Color Choices

This allows you to link multiple product variants across these elements seamlessly.

You can link variants from the image, option, and color set.

Caution

Shopify handles Inventory management directly. Our app can not manage inventory Independently. The associated product must be Active in your store when using the Link Variant feature. You will encounter an Additional Variant Error if the product is in Draft or unavailable on sale channels. This requirement helps ensure that all linked products are available for selection and prevents any disruption in the shopping experience. You can assign only a Single Variant for each option. This restriction ensures clarity and prevents confusion in product selection within your app.

Image and Color Set: In the Image Set, you can find the Variant option on the right side of each row. This option allows you to link product variants directly to specific image options.

The Image Set option can be used in both Color Choice and Image Choice elements. Similar to the image set, variants can be linked to a color set.

Option Set: In the Option Set, you can find the Link Variant option in the middle of each row. This option allows you to link product variants directly to a specific option.

You can select the option set in case of button and dropdown element.

After choosing the Link Variant option for any of the elements, click Select Variant to pick a specific variant from your Shopify products.

After you link the proper variants, the price will be fetched from that variant and applied to the option you have linked it to. If the customer selects that option, the price will be added to the product price. Customers who go to the checkout page will see linked products, except if you use the create new product method (Click Here). In the screenshot of the checkout page below, the watch strap and the dialer of the watch were connected using the Link Variant feature.

Also, when ordered, our app will decrease the quantity of the linked variant from Shopify.
