If you feel like your product is taking too long to be added to the cart, the possible reason could be the following.

Possible reason

• High Background Image Resolution or big-sized image.
• High Image Resolution in image group for image choice.
• Enabling PDF/SVG as an additional output file.
• High Resolution/volume image uploaded by customer (Activating Original image upload + Cropped image in the setting will double the volume)
• The customer’s internet connection speed

Solution

• Use a less-resolution background image and image choices. Preferred 1000×1000 or less. If you want a personalized image for printing, enable SVG output. Though enabling SVG will impact a bit with the time, it will be faster than using a very big background image.
• Make the preview image size thumbnail/compressed so it takes less time to create the preview file.

• If you want multiple image uploads, activate a cropped or original image from the settings.
